Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Website UI/UX & Content Executive to manage, improve, and regularly update our e-commerce website. This role will be responsible for the overall visual presentation, user experience, page updates, promotional execution, and the accuracy of product content across the entire website.
The ideal candidate should be able to edit website interfaces, add and optimize content blocks, update product information, design banners and visual assets, edit photos, create campaign and event pages, and keep the website aligned with ongoing promotions, festivals, occasions, and business priorities. This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine design sense, website management ability, commercial awareness, and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
A. Website Management & Page Maintenance
- Manage and maintain all website pages, including homepage, category pages, product pages, landing pages, campaign pages, and custom pages.
- Edit, update, and improve website layouts to ensure a polished, organized, and user-friendly presentation.
- Add, remove, rearrange, and optimize website blocks, banners, sliders, sections, and page elements as needed.
- Ensure that all pages remain updated, functional, visually attractive, and aligned with current business goals.
- Regularly review the website for outdated content, broken sections, visual inconsistencies, and layout issues, and resolve them promptly.
B. UI/UX Improvement
- Continuously improve website UI and UX to enhance browsing experience, usability, clarity, and customer engagement.
- Assess customer journey across homepage, collection pages, product pages, and promotional pages to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Optimize placement of calls-to-action, content blocks, banners, menus, filters, and product displays for better navigation and conversion.
- Ensure that the website remains intuitive, visually clean, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused.
- Recommend and implement interface changes that improve user satisfaction and reduce friction.
C. Homepage & Promotional Updates
- Regularly update the homepage based on new arrivals, campaigns, launches, sales, events, and seasonal priorities.
- Create and refresh homepage sections for featured collections, trending items, festive edits, new arrivals, and promotional highlights.
- Replace outdated content and visuals with current, commercially relevant material.
- Ensure the homepage always reflects the latest business focus, brand storytelling, and campaign direction.
- Keep the website dynamic and fresh so repeat visitors consistently see updated content.
D. Product Information & Catalogue Management
- Upload and update product information accurately, including product titles, descriptions, prices, sizes, colors, stock details, and other essential attributes.
- Maintain correct product categorization, display order, and collection organization.
- Update product visuals, thumbnails, featured images, and gallery images where needed.
- Ensure all product pages are complete, attractive, and informative.
- Monitor for content inaccuracies, missing details, or outdated product data and rectify them promptly.
E. Graphic Design & Creative Execution
- Design banners, flyers, promotional graphics, website creatives, category visuals, and campaign assets for website use.
- Create attractive visual content for homepage blocks, festive campaigns, event pages, and discount announcements.
- Design website graphics in accordance with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Translate marketing briefs into polished digital visuals suitable for website presentation.
- Maintain high creative quality across all web-facing design materials.
F. Photo Editing & Visual Content Preparation (Team Work)
- Edit product and campaign photos for website use, including cropping, retouching, resizing, color balancing, and presentation refinement.
- Prepare visually appealing images suitable for the homepage, banners, category headers, product pages, and event pages.
- Ensure all visuals are optimized for web quality and consistent in presentation.
- Maintain a premium, cohesive visual standard across the website.
G. Event, Campaign & Seasonal Page Development
- Create new event pages, festive landing pages, sale pages, and promotional campaign pages as required.
- Update website pages according to occasions such as Eid, Puja, Pohela Boishakh, Falgun, wedding season, summer campaigns, winter campaigns, and year-end promotions.
- Structure campaign pages with relevant sections, banners, featured products, offer highlights, and call-to-action elements.
- Remove or revise expired campaign pages and replace them with current promotional content.
- Ensure all occasion-based pages are timely, visually compelling, and commercially effective.
H. Discount, Offer & Sales Monitoring (Team)
- Monitor discount displays, promotional pricing, campaign banners, and sales announcements across the website.
- Ensure that discounts, offers, and promotional messaging remain accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate visual and content updates whenever a sale begins, changes, or ends.
- Remove expired offers immediately to maintain credibility and customer trust.
- Support the business during promotional periods with quick and accurate website updates.
I. Content Updating & Website Communication
- Update page copy, headlines, promotional text, featured content, and support content as needed.
- Ensure content is customer-friendly, commercially effective, and consistent with the brand voice.
- Refresh written and visual communication according to new launches, campaigns, and seasonal priorities.
- Work on banners, blocks, announcements, and visual-text combinations to improve customer engagement.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with strong practical experience may be considered even without a directly relevant academic background.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in website content management, e-commerce operations, UI/UX support, digital design, or a similar role.
- Prior experience working with an e-commerce website, fashion website, or product-based online business will be highly preferred.
- Experience with website builders, CMS platforms, e-commerce backends, or design tools is strongly desirable.
Technical & Role Requirements
- Strong understanding of website page editing, content blocks, banners, and layout structure.
- Ability to work on product uploads, product page updates, and content maintenance with accuracy.
- Working knowledge of design software or online design tools for banners, flyers, and web creatives.
- Basic understanding of user experience principles, page hierarchy, and conversion-focused design.
- Ability to edit and prepare website-ready images and promotional assets.
- Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and content accuracy.

Remuneration
Salary Range: BDT 22,500++
Final compensation will depend on:
- Experience level
- Quality of design and UI/UX understanding
- Speed and accuracy of execution
- Ability to manage the full website independently
- Commercial sense and campaign-readiness
