🕒 Quick Timeline

  • Start your return within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Ship the product back so it reaches us within 2–3 days.

📦 Condition of Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to misuse, wear, or alteration.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping if the item doesn’t fit or if they change their mind.
  • We cover shipping + product cost if:
    • You receive the wrong item
    • The product arrives defective or damaged

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, didn’t like the color/quality, bought elsewhere, ordered by mistake).
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Custom-stitched or altered pieces.

💳 Refunds & Options

  • Refund: To your original payment method once we approve the return.
  • Exchange: Swap for another size, color, or product (if available).
  • Store Credit: Choose ColorCraze credits for future shopping.
