We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Social Media Moderators who will play a key role in building strong customer connections and ensuring smooth order management for our brand. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, interacting with them across multiple platforms, including phone, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, and other social media channels.
Their primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate information about our products and services, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
In addition to communication, the moderators will handle both online and offline order-taking with accuracy and attention to detail. This includes preparing invoices, recording sales transactions, and updating order logs. They will also be responsible for monitoring stock and inventory levels, coordinating with the inventory team to ensure product availability, and reporting shortages or discrepancies to management promptly.
The role also requires overseeing order fulfillment, ensuring that customers receive their purchases promptly, and following up to confirm satisfaction. Beyond transactional duties, moderators are expected to maintain long-term customer relationships, strengthen brand loyalty, and act as a bridge between the company and its valued clients.
Additionally, moderators must remain flexible and proactive in assisting with other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Short Details -
📍 Location: Mirpur DOHS (Full-time, 10 AM – 8 PM, 6 days a week)
🎓 Education: Minimum HSC
💼 Experience: At least 3 months in a relevant field
✍ Strong written communication skills required
💰 Salary: BDT 15,000 + 2 Festival Bonuses + Medical Allowance
